Band Entry Fee:

$250 - Early Registration through 5/31/2023
$275 - Registration 6/1/2023 or later
All payments due 8/31/2023 regardless of early or regular registration

Invitational Format:

The invitational is a prelims/finals format which will have 3 divisions based on band size (Blue, White & Gold). Your registration date is a primary consideration in your prelim performance time, so register early to perform later in the day. Bands from all divisions will perform throughout the day. 
 

ADDED THIS YEAR!: We will be offering clinics for each band following prelims.

Ten bands will perform in Finals competition. Finals will be made up of the 3 class winners and the 7 highest scoring bands regardless of class. Drawing numbers will set Finals competition performance order. The top 5 prelims scores will draw for the last 5 performance times and the lower 5 prelims scores will draw for the first 5 Finals performance times. 

Scoring:

20% Music General Effect
20% Music Performance Ensemble
20% Music Performance Individual
20% Visual General Effect
10% Visual Performance Ensemble
10% Visual Performance Individual

Prelim Awards: Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class as well as Outstanding Music Performance, Outstanding Visual Performance, and Outstanding General Effect.

Finals Awards: Trophies will be presented to the 1st – 5th place, and plaques to 6th -10th, and caption awards for Outstanding Music Performance, Outstanding Visual Performance & Outstanding General Effect.
